Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are by appointment only. A complimentary email reminder service is provided the day before your appointment.

Please SMS, email or call at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment so we can offer that time to another person.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or if you miss your appointment altogether, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled fee which will be added to your next appointment fee. **Exceptions apply (see below)

In the case of Yoga Classes, cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur a fee equal to the full cost of your class. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

**Exception when your cancellation is for ‘day of’ Covid 19 / Influenza A, B symptoms: If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms or if you have a fever or cough please stay at home - even if this occurs on the day of your appointment. Please contact Alida at WHC immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later time. (Cancellation fees will not apply in this case.)
